New Club Members sign up for a minimum of 12 months. After that should we wish to leave we require 3 months’ notice.
It’s worth noting here that we have a fantastic retention ratio and our longest serving clients have been with us since 1995!
You will always be ultimately accountable for your own health and safety performance. We work with you closely to provide guidance and ongoing support however it’s down to you to implement the changes and manage the safety management system effectively.
We believe competence includes two factors – theoretical knowledge of the topic and hands on experience. Our consultants and tutors have a great amount of both. We also believe that
having experience in the right sector is key, when we assign a consultant to your business they will always have ‘on-the-job’ experience to relate first hand to the challenges you’re facing.
A full description of competency can be sent at request for any of our consultants or tutors.
Because not all of our clients require an annual fire risk assessment, we usually don’t include the cost of the fire risk assessment into the monthly fee.
However if you would like us to include the cost of a fire risk assessment into your monthly fee so it is no extra charge at the time of the assessment, we can do that.
Yes we can complete all aspects of health and safety for anybody including audits, site inspections, risk assessments and more.
A price upfront will be agreed for the work, but again Club members will receive the cheapest prices.
Membership starts at £100 + vat per month. However each member pays a different fee depending on the specifics of the support we are giving and factors of their business such as size and complexity.
There is also a minimum signup fee of £500 + vat. This covers the work at the beginning of the relationship to audit your current management system, complete a site inspection and review.
This depends on a number of factors to do with your business. For example a low risk company whose day to day activities don’t change much will likely only require one per year. However some of our clients who operate in higher risk environments require monthly visits and reports.
