Founded in 1995 our aims since then haven’t changed.

Health & Safety can be a complex, misunderstood and frustrating topic for organisations.

According to the Health and Safety Executive organisations have three main reasons for successfully managing health and safety performance.

We’ve honed our services for over 20 years to assist you in all these areas in the following ways.

Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 every organisation has a legal duty to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of its employees and anybody else effected by their undertaking.

How we do it

We understand that even though companies may be in the same industry or sector, no two companies are the same – each facing challenges unique to them which they must overcome.

The first thing we do is spend time with you in your business to identify the hazards and risks of your operation and how they are currently managed.

Once we have a picture of this we will begin to work with you on developing your Health and Safety Management System tailored to your business activity.

We will assign your account to a Health and Safety Consultant within our team with experience in your industry. This will ensure that you receive the most current and comprehensive guidance relevant to your operations.

Our support will include policy reviews, target setting, risk management, safe systems of work, site inspections and audits, training and fire emergency procedures.

Using a wealth of theoretical knowledge and practical application your consultant will guide you through the red tape of Health and Safety regulations and introduce practical, cost effective solutions.

Our service will have a short and long term impact on your business. Many of your challenges can be solved through the introduction or improvement of safety management systems within a relatively short period of time.

However Health and Safety performance is a journey not a destination. Our service is designed to be an ongoing support network for you which adapts to the evolving challenges you face.

Through onsite and remote support along with instruction and training we will assist you negotiate and implement a strong Health and Safety culture for your business and workforce long term.
